Check out this twist on Dirty rice that will have you and your family licking your fingers. This is New Orleans Dirty rice with a healthy twist.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice or quinoa
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can blackbeans
- 1 can rotel tomatoes mild
- 1/2 diced yellow onion
- 1 tsp tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Place 2 cups of rice in a rice cooker or cook on stove top until done
- Open can of black beans and add to a pot with 1/4 onion and seasoning. Cook for 15 min.
- In a Large frying pan place 1tsp olive oil and ground turkey. Season ground turkey with Cajun seasoning and Cook turkey until brown.
- Add Remainder of Onion and 1 can of mild Rotel tomatoes and cook down about 5-10min. or until tomatoes start to breakup.
- Add one cup of cook rice to Browned Turkey and mix. Next, add Cooked Black beans to Turkey and Rice mixture and mix well.
- Season to taste and Serve!

****Cajun Seasonings: Sea Salt, cayenne, black pepper, garlic powder****
****try substituting white rice with quinoa or brown rice****
