#2 go to bed early
Going to bed early and at a set time every night will change your life. Adults need at least 8 hours of sleep every night. During the sleep process your body is healing, digesting, reproducing cells, and maintaining homeostasis. Without sleep your body cannot do the things it needs to maintain good health.
So, go to bed early to feel better and look great.
#3 wake up early
Have you ever heard that mornings are the best part of the day? It’s the part of the day that your mind is most calm. So, take advantage of the moment and savor time to yourself and relax.
You’ve prepared the night before so all that’s left to do is enjoy the quiet of the mornings before you start your hectic day.

Let the sun in. The first thing I do when I wake up in the mornings is open up the blinds. Get some vitamin D from the sun. It’s almost as good as coffee for waking you up and giving you energy.

Music changes your mood and lifts your spirits. Listening to music is a great way to start your day. It will instantly wake you up and put a little pep in your step.
Play some music while your putting on make up or getting dressed. Make sure to chose upbeat music that makes you happy. You’ll be surprise how much of a difference music makes.
#6 eat a light breakfast
Don’ t forget breakfast. Without breakfast you can experience brain fog and lethargy. Be mindful of what your eating also. A breakfast filled with sugar and carbs can cause a short burst of energy, but end with a crash.
Start your morning by eating a light breakfast. Breakfast will start up your metabolism and give you a burst of energy. If you’re not use to eating a large breakfast try eating fruit or having a smoothie.
A simple breakfast is exactly want you need for a great morning.
#7 check the traffic report and weather
This simple step can be the difference between a great day and a bad one. Check the traffic and weather reports before you set out for the day. Showing up late and wet is a sure way to start your day badly. So, check those reports before you start out for the day.
