Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 2 Large Cans Bush Backed Beans
- 1 medium onion Diced
- 1/4 medium bell pepper Diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup Barbeque Sauce
- 1/4 cup Dried Parsley
- 2 links Smoked Sausage Optional

Instructions
- In a Large Pan add 2 tbsp. olive oil and warm
- Add seasoned ground meat to the pan, (I used ground turkey) and begin to brown. (see notes for spices used) Season to your own taste.
- Add the Onion, Bell Pepper, and 1/2 of the Dried Parsley and Continue cooking until meat is completely Browned.
- Open and begin to warm 2 Cans of Bush beans In a large pot and add the ground meat mixture to the beans. (Optional: add Diced Smoke sausage)
- Next, add the Ketchup, Mustard, Barbeque Sauce and the remainder of the Dried Parsley to Pot with the beans.
- Now stir and heat the beans on low fire until warmed (approximately 20 minutes.)
- Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes
*Spices used: Sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne.
*You can choose the kind of Bush beans you want. I chose to mix two flavors that I love.
*You can use the kind of ground meat you like. I used turkey ground , but beef is just as delicious.
* Also try these beans with the smoked Sausage option! This can be a stand alone meal served over rice or with bread.
