Why every woman needs to see the “Girls Trip” movie
If you haven’t seen the Girls Trip movie you’re missing out on a really great time. I went to see girls trip this past weekend and had the best time laughing along with the characters in the movie. I found myself being reminded of times I shared with my own girlfriends.
Cast
The movie stars Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Regina Hall, and Tiffany Haddish. “Girls Trip” is about a group of friends who take a much need all girls trip. After not seeing each other in a while, due to the hectic schedule of “adulting”, the girls get together for a little fun.
This movie is hilarious. I laughed through the entire movie. And surprisingly enough, most of the laughter was produced by fairly new comer Tiffany Haddish. Haddish is a breathe of fresh air. She is a great new addition to comedy whom I think we’re going to be seeing a lot of.
But, what I loved most about the movie is that the characters reminded me of my own girlfriends. I saw situations that we go through and many that we’ve been through.
Sisterhood
What impressed me most, and the reason why I decided to write about this movie, is the sisterhood that was portrayed on screen. If you’ve been following me for a while you know that I am an advocate for a strong sisterhood circle.

I feel that all of us need a strong circle of friends to support and empower us as women and the Girls Trip movie shows us exactly just how important that is.
So, if you haven’t had the chance to go and see Girl’s Trip make the time to see it. Come to think of it, grab your girlfriends and make it a girls night out. It will be some of the best laughs you’ll have in a while.
Go see the Girls Trip movie!
Trust me, you’ll thank me later.
