Add 2 tbsp of ground curry to a pan and roast for 30-40 seconds
continuously tossing (do not burn)
Add 2 pats of butter to pan, melt, and mix with curry.
Add diced Yellow bell Pepper and Onions to the mixture making sure to coat vegetables with melted butter and cumin.
Add black pepper, garlic, ground coriander seeds, cumin, and chili powder,
(only use half of your seasonings in this step)
Cook for 1 Minute, constantly mixing and stirring
Next, Add Beets to the pan.
Now, season Beets with the rest of your Seasonings making sure to coat beets with seasoning and the pepper and onion mixture
Add 1/4 cup of water or enough water to cover the bottom of your pot
Cover pot/pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat
After cooking time, taste beets. If more seasoning is needed add now.
Along with Pineapple, pepper flacks (to taste), and marjoram.
Mix well, add more water, Again add just enough to cover the bottom of the pot, cover, and cook for 5 more minutes on medium to low heat.
After 5 minutes taste to make sure the seasoning is to your liking
Add Serve!
