One of my favorite dishes ever is Italian Sausage Stuffed Rigatoni. The First time I ever ate the dish was in a little café in New Orleans and I fell in love with it. Today I want to share a recipe that I found on Bettycrocker.com that is a twist on that dish. This recipe is easy to make and uses Lasagna noodles instead of Rigatoni, which makes it a little easier to work with. I tweaked the recipe and adding/changed some ingredient’s, which is what I usually do when I find a recipe that I like, and made it my own. It’s Lasagna Roll Ups!
The Recipe also suggested that the Lasagna Rolls could be made ahead of time, frozen, and saved for later. Great Idea for cutting time on meal prep when your really busy.
